Antigonish has their very own float center, located at 325 Main St. (Chisholm Park entrance) in the Antigonish Wellness Collective.

We provide a clean and professional facility with two float pods, and appointments available Tuesday through to Sunday. Come to reset your mind and body, relieve stress and tension and find your bliss through floatation. After several sessions, you will see improved sleep, reduced anxiety, less body aches, and a more focused mind.

Floatation is skin temperature water with 500 lbs of Epsom salt dissolved in it. Even if you consider yourself a “sinker” in the ocean, you will float effortlessly in our sensory pods. Removing as much sensory input as possible, your mind will hyperdrive into the Theta state; the state of a totally relaxed mind. Three sessions is the key to learning the art of floatation and unlock your potential. Making it a lifelong habit will change everything.
