We are a boutique float spa located in Southampton, PA. We have two float tanks. One being our float pod, and the other, our oasis tank. The float pod is a futuristic looking pod, with a hydraulic lid, opening upwards, with music, light, and intercom controls all inside able to be controlled by the user. The oasis tank is an angular shaped model, and has a door that opens out. You have access to light controls, as well as a music option and intercom system in the room. The oasis tank is slightly narrower than the float pod, but both float tanks allow for the same float benefits.

Floating was created in 1954 by Dr. John C. Lilly and was previously known as sensory deprivation or R.E.S.T. (Restricted Environmental Sensory Technique). We define float therapy as floating in anti-gravity float tank filled with 1,000 pounds of Epsom Salt dissolved into 800 gallons of body temperature water, to help minimize external stimuli to enhance overall relaxation.

Floating in magnesium rich water has many benefits, both mentally and physically.

Similarly, meditation has the word “me” in it, as it is so important to become one with your thoughts, mind and body.

The best part, we are doctor owned and operated. Keith Sadel, M.D. and his wife own the float spa. Lma is located on the first floor of the medical office.
