Floatation Therapy
(aka Sensory Deprivation, Float tanks, Float chambers, Float rooms, or R.E.S.T.)

Experience rest and relaxation for your body, mind and wellbeing as you effortlessly float in 10 inches of skin temperature water. The water is infused with approximately 1000 pounds of epsom salt, removing all external distractions. You are in complete control of your session, having access to lights and music inside the float tub. The buoyancy of the water will leave you feeling weightless as you defy gravity. You will not be able to tell where the body ends and water begins. Experience the true meaning of relaxation!

Dry Salt Therapy
(aka Halotherapy, Salt Rooms, or Salt Caves)

Sit in a relaxing environment where tiny salt particles are pumped through the air using a halogenerator. Inside the room, you breathe in the salt which gets deep down into the lungs and passes through the sinuses. Salt is antibacterial and reduces inflammation, not only as you breathe, but as it settles on the skin.
