Sukhino is Southern Indiana’s first float therapy and halotherapy center. Located in New Albany, Indiana – just across the bridge from Louisville, Kentucky – Sukhino is an unexpected oasis with three spacious Wave float cabins. You can customize your float experience to your own liking. If you prefer sensory deprivation, turn off the lights and opt to skip the music. If you prefer to ease in or just take some relaxing time to yourself, you can listen to a guided meditation or relaxing music, and you can select the color for the LED light inside your cabin. Many guests select a color to enhance their mood and take in some chromotherapy at the same time.

After your float, we recommend spending some time in our treehouse-inspired salt cave. This halotherapy session involves breathing in microparticles for pharmaceutical grade salt, while surrounded by a peaceful environment, complete with a hammock swing and “floating” ergonomic lounge chairs.
