Freeze & Float is a floatation studio located in River North, Chicago, Illinois. The studio offers floatation therapy in 5 state of the art floatation tanks. Each flotation tank enables the best float experience to both new and experienced isolation tank users. The flotation tanks are equipped with user controlled light therapy, audio, and starlit ceilings. The settings can be adjusted once the user enters the sensory deprivation tank or the user may have the room completely absent of any light or sound.
Freeze & Float also offers Cryotherapy and Infrared Sauna to complement your float session and to get your full fitness fix. After your experience is completed, you may finish by finding inner peace in the serene meditation alcove. We also offer a full tea station as well as alkaline water to encourage hydration.
Our staff is trained to provide the ultimate relaxation experience.
