H2Om FLOAT brings a new way to relax to Jacksonville and the surrounding areas. Floaters are immersed in 10 inches of a super saturated solution of Magnesium, Epsom Salt and water warmed to body temperature. The extreme density of the solution enables people of all body types to float effortlessly. The floating experience within a float “pod” is designed to create an environment devoid of outside stimuli. This process is also know as sensory deprivation and is achieved by having the float pod light and sound proof. Those not inclined to dark or quiet can opt for lighting and music if desired.

From such a serene lobby to spacious rooms + pods. H2om is my truster Float hOMe in JAX! Being open almost 2 yeara the staff is super knowledgeable in terms of helping guide you for the ultimate float - each time. They truly treat it as a meditative practice space + I feel so welcomed every time I float! Thank you for being the pioneer of bringing Float Therapy to Jax!
