Each pod contains 1,000 pounds of Epsom Salts dissolved in 10 inches of skin-temperature water. Due to the high salt content, spa clients float effortlessly while their bodies and minds unwind. True REST also provides free flotation therapy to veterans, active military, and first responders on the 11th of each month. True REST Fresno is planning on hosting community workshops including: Prenatal Yoga, Meditation, and Restorative Yoga.
