relaxing

I have been several times to soothe aching muscles & joints . You can have a power nap whilst you float it is refreshing . I would recommend Astral Float , for me it helped , with unwinding , soaking sore muscles & just relaxing in peace & quiet. The staff are wonderful , the facility is very clean I would recommend this business .
